Articulus Co., Ltd. has joined forces with the Digital Promotion Association for Agriculture and Industry to advance the traceability of agricultural products through blockchain technology. This collaboration represents an important step toward modernizing Thailand’s agricultural supply chain, enhancing product transparency, and building consumer trust.

In a pilot project conducted with the Nong Taphan Subdistrict Administrative Organization, the blockchain-based system was tested and implemented to track every critical stage of the agricultural supply chain — from post-harvest storage and transportation to final packaging and distribution. At each step, data is securely recorded and verified on the blockchain, creating a permanent, tamper-proof digital ledger that ensures the integrity of all product information.

By adopting this technology, farmers, cooperatives, and local agencies gain powerful new tools to add value to their agricultural products. The system enables accurate, real-time documentation of farming practices, handling processes, and logistics, which can be shared transparently with buyers and end consumers. This traceability not only helps producers meet increasing market demands for quality and accountability, but also opens new opportunities in premium markets where verified origin and quality are essential.

For consumers and stakeholders, the blockchain ledger offers full visibility into the product’s journey — providing verifiable assurance of authenticity, sustainability practices, and compliance with industry standards. With a simple scan of a QR code, customers can access detailed product histories and certifications, fostering greater confidence in the value and safety of Thai agricultural goods.
