Articulus and Digital Agriculture Association Collaborate to Enhance Agricultural Product Traceability with Blockchain

Articulus Co., Ltd. has partnered with the Digital Promotion Association for Agriculture and Industry to introduce blockchain-powered traceability for agricultural products. In a pilot project with the Nong Taphan Subdistrict Administrative Organization, the technology was tested to record and verify every stage of the agricultural supply chain. From storage and transportation to packaging, each process is securely documented on the blockchain, ensuring data integrity and full transparency. The system empowers farmers and local agencies to add value to their products, while providing consumers and stakeholders with verifiable and tamper-proof product histories.

The "One Subdistrict, One Digital (OTOD) – Digital Durian" initiative, launched by depa (Digital Economy Promotion Agency), aims to elevate Thai high-value agricultural products to global markets through the use of digital platforms and Agri-Tech. By enabling farmers to record, store, and trace cultivation data, the project enhances product transparency and builds consumer trust. It also supports the broader goal of transforming traditional farming into sustainable smart agriculture, while boosting farmers’ skills, innovation, and income potential in line with Thailand’s national digital economy development policy.

Smart School Bus

The “Next-Generation Safe School Bus” project, a collaboration between the Ministry of Digital Economy and Society (MDES) and the Digital Economy Promotion Agency (depa), leverages GPS and AI technology to enhance student transportation safety. In its first phase, the system was deployed on 3,500 school buses serving 379 schools across 69 provinces, benefiting over 35,000 students. Real-time monitoring of vehicle and student status, along with driving behavior and speed, is provided via a parent-facing mobile app and a school dashboard, enabling quick emergency response and accident prevention. The project aims to further expand nationwide, setting a new standard for safe, technology-driven school transportation in Thailand.

Mr. Sutthikiat Veerakitpanich, Advisor to the Minister of Digital Economy and Society (MDES), presided over the opening of "The Success Story: Smart School Bus – Elevating Thai Digital Products and Services with the dSURE Standard." The Smart School Bus system, now officially certified with the dSURE standard and compliant with ISO/IEC 29110, ensures quality and safety for users. As a certified digital service, investments in the system now qualify for a 200% tax deduction, helping promote the adoption of trusted Thai digital innovations.

CM2 - Emergency Service

At Saraburi Hospital, Dr. Jirawan Aryapong, Director of Saraburi Hospital, presided over the launch of the CM Square – Emergency Service system. This innovative system integrates Fall Detection Wristbands with a real-time emergency response dashboard, enabling caregivers and First Responders (FR) to quickly assist elderly individuals in distress. The system allows seamless data sharing between hospitals, caregivers, and FR apps to ensure fast, coordinated care. The event included a handover of equipment to 25 participating hospitals in Health Region 4, covering Saraburi, Pathum Thani, Lopburi, Ang Thong, Sing Buri, Ayutthaya, Nakhon Nayok, and Pak Phli provinces — marking a major step forward in smart elderly care and digital emergency response.

At Tawaravadee Resort Hotel in Prachinburi Province, the Digital Economy Promotion Agency, Sri Maha Pho District Public Health Office, and Articulus Co., Ltd. hosted a handover ceremony to distribute 100 sets of medical equipment—including blood pressure monitors, thermometers, and fingertip pulse oximeters—to caregivers. These devices will be used alongside the CM Square system to enhance elderly care services. The event also featured hands-on training to equip caregivers, care managers, and administrators with the skills needed to effectively manage and monitor care using the CM Square platform.
