The Digital Economy Promotion Agency (depa), together with key partners, is scaling up the One Tambon One Digital (OTOD): Durian Digital initiative to empower 10,000 Thai durian farmers with digital tools. The initiative promotes the use of a centralized digital platform to record cultivation data, enable traceability, and introduce greenhouse gas tracking features to support low-carbon farming.
The platform, developed by Thai digital startups certified under depa’s dSURE standard, helps farmers manage their crop data, apply for GAP certification, and improve product quality and marketability. So far, the program has helped reduce production costs by over 180 million baht and increased the value of durian products by more than 1.28 billion baht.
With enhanced features for carbon footprint tracking and upcoming IoT-based smart irrigation systems, the initiative aims to build Thailand’s largest durian big data platform and elevate Thai agriculture to smart farming standards.
Articulus Co., Ltd. is proud to be the developer of the centralized platform supporting this transformation. Our solution powers data collection, traceability, and digital service integration for all participating stakeholders.
